Once you click to book your place you will be redirected to the ATM website to take payment:
- If you are already registered on the ATM website then simply login – you will follow the booking process.
- If you are currently not registered on the ATM website you will need to register – you will then follow the booking process.
Please note the joint conference team will regularly check to verify membership status.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellations received before 1 Feb 2024 – 75% of the fee will be refunded.
Cancellations received between 2 Feb and 13 March 2024 – 50% of the fee will be refunded.
Any cancellations after 13 March 2024 – unfortunately, no refunds can be given.
Please note that personal members who have had an outstanding balance for more than 6 weeks and fail to pay within that timescale will have their place re-allocated.
Institutions providing a PO and requesting an invoice follow the same term. Invoices follow a 30-day term.
